Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

7AM will deliver for free within 35 miles on all purchases sub-totaling $125 and over. 

Once the order has been placed online, a specialist will contact you within 4 hours to schedule delivery.  

Delivery includes our Standard Delivery.

Standard Delivery -  Includes delivery to the yard, garage, or right outside of the front entrance of your business or residence.  No elevators, hallways, or flights of stairs included. 

Assembly or Installation is not offered. 

​A delivery fee will apply to all deliveries over 35 miles.  This includes delivery out of state and international.  Please contact (404) 849-5346 for a quote and provide the item number for reference. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes and APOs.


The recipient of the package must be of the age 18 and older.   




Pickup Policy ​


7am is a "Delivery Based" company.  Once the purchase has been placed online, a specialist will contact you within 4 hours to schedule delivery.  Delivery is scheduled based on availability.

 Hold Policy

7AM will hold a purchased item for up to 10 days.  If the delivery has not been completed within 10 days from the date of purchase, the item will be returned to our sales inventory and a 40% restock fee will be applied.  The remaining balance will be issued as a credit to be used within 30 days from the date of purchase, and no second hold or free delivery will be granted. 

 Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer a return or exchange policy.  If delivery of an item is refused for any reason, you are still responsible for the full balance of the item.
