7AM will deliver for free within 36 miles on all purchases sub-totaling $175 and over.
Once the order has been placed online, a specialist will contact you within 4 hours to schedule delivery.
Delivery includes Standard Threshold Delivery
Threshold Delivery - Includes delivery to the yard, garage, or right inside of the main entrance of your business or residence, but not to a specific room or place. The driver will attempt to enter the item into the home by reasonable effort and is not responsible for removing fixtures, legs, doors, or additonal furniture. We request that the area be cleared for the item to be placed.
Assembly or Installation is not offered.
A delivery fee will apply to all deliveries over 36 miles. This includes delivery out of state and international. Please contact (404) 254-0744 for a quote and provide the item number for reference.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes and APOs.
The recipient of the package must be of the age 18 and older. Please note, only at the request of the customer will a delivery package be placed without proof of recepit. In this case, the item must be placed inside of the home and a picture of the placement will be administered as proof.
**7am is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred to the home or anything contained within.

Please Note: If you arrive without a scheduled pickup, you may be subject to a 4 hour wait.
You must bring a copy of your order confirmation, valid ID, and all necessary packaging and transporting materials. We can assist with loading your item, but we do not supply any strapping materials.
**7am is not responsible for any damages or losses occurred while loading or during the transport of the item(s) to the final destination. This applies to the vehicle used to pickup the item, items purchased, and any parties involved.
7AM will hold a purchased item for up to 10 days. If the delivery or pickup has not been completed within 10 days from the date of purchase, the item will be returned to our sales inventory and a 40% restock fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be issued as an in-store credit to be used within 30 days from the date of purchase, and no second hold or free delivery will be granted.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer a return or exchange policy. If a delivery of an item is refused for any reason, you are still responsible for the full balance of the item.
